# Listening to: TWO-MIX - Wake-
went to Comex 2004 today with Ryan. Cool! Heart felt itchy, but then well, couldn't buy anything cos I'm broke. XD And I calculated I'll have $60 left for my pay after paying bills and stuff. Super broke, again.
And yes, I've updated my links, cos Michael has been bugging me to update his blog link for the past few days. -_- I added Ivy too. See if you can spot the other new links as well.
Anyway, back to Comex. I remembered I got my Creative NOMAD MuVo NX in a lucky draw at Comex last year. That's the third most expensive thing I have on me, besides my handphone and my I/C. ^^;; For more info, check my archived post for 6th September 2003, if I'm not wrong. Heh. So I went to Creative booth again this year to check for any lucky draw. Damn. No free lucky draw this time round. I think I'm in love with MuVo Jukebox Zen and MuVo TX FM. 512 MB costs $249 or somewhere around there. WTH! I hope there's another Creative Sale this year in November or December. Kim Tee told me he bought a 40 GB external HD for $219 with 5 years warranty. I saw a booth offering 40 GB HD for $180 I think. Crap, looking these computer accessories makes my heart itchy. Worse still, MuVo TX FM. Argh!
After all these years, I find that perhaps I was more suited for an IT course. Haha. Well, no regrets now. ^^
Oh yes, I've changed my plan from Ultimate to SunText, so please do not call me before 7 pm, as I only have incoming calls free from 7 pm to 7 am daily. Any attempt to call me before 7 pm will result in you listening to my recorded message, which is actually Zutto, Kimi ni soba by Oystars, ending theme for Flame of Recca. Appreciate the 1 min and 15 secs of song. *wink* SMS me instead, alright? I repeat again, call me AFTER 7 pm. Clear? Good. XD
Tomorrow will be heading to school for a jog and a swim with Ryan. Heh, if only Leroy was here, but he's still in Hong Kong, enjoying life. *grumble* Better buy us souvenirs! Well, if he ever reads this while in Hong Kong, that is. ^^;;

# Listening to: Slayers Try - Sasurai-
Very soothing acoustic that Zelgadis played in Slayers Try, in the episode of the haunted ship. Anyway, you guys probably don't know what's Slayers. ^^
I. rotted. the. whole. day. at. work. and. it's. boring! From 8.30 am (ok 8.35, I was late) till 5.00 pm I did absolutely no work, at all. And I'm paid to sit in front of the computer, doing nothing! WTH! Was literally rotting to death, everyone in my team. Ryan had like 456 work items and I had 0. I hate that number now. My supervisor came and told us she had no work item to route to my team, cos her superior didn't route any to her. Bullshit. Everyone else had something to do, except my team. Even Ryan was doubtful. Then at the end of the day, she asked for my output. I told her earlier that I had no work items already, and then she said I should have told her earlier if I had no work items, so she can route some to me. Is it just me or what? Contradiction? Hmmm...
Well, heck. Hopefully I'll have something to do tomorrow. I feel like sleeping everyday there. It's been like this for the past week, at least. Gah. And I've come to realise that yes, blurness IS contagious. Mic just downloaded Castlevania and burned it, but was wondering why isn't there an installation file. Turned out that he downloaded the PS2 version and apparently he didn't know PS2 games can't be played on PC. XD Was laughing so hard at this. :lol: (Mic: LOL paiseh but couldn't help it. This is like 'omg! pwnz!')

# Listening to: Slayers Extra: Hakuryuu no Yama Chapter 2, Dragon's Chase-
Listening to Slayers radio drama now. Heh, listening to old traditional radio drama can be quite fun, especially if it's based on an anime like Slayers. ^^;;
Whoa, been 2 whole weeks since I last blogged. ^^;; Been busy at work lately, and of course, lazy to update as well. My interest for blogging comes and goes at times, and I can go on hiatus for a logn long time without declaration too. Nothing much to blog about, actually.
The past month at IRAS was quite fun, despite the times of slacking and boredom. Every team has got work to do and there is our team, with absolutely nothing to do! I'd rather work to death than slack my time away. There have been moments I'm tempted to take half day leaves but well, money comes first. I feel my team has got to be the noisiest among the part timers, cos we're always, and I repeat always, cracking lame jokes and laughing the whole day.
Gah, Li Jia Wei lost for the second time in table tennis. Neil was venting his frustrations to me last night, calling the opponent names and lots of vulgarities. XD It's quite a pity, but well, I guess we'll have to wait. I've always admired Li Jiawei and Jing jun Hong, cos they're by far the best table tennis players in Singapore. I'd die to have them sign on my table tennis bats one day. :lol:

# Listening to: Hamasaki Ayumi - Ever Free-
Gah, my arms still hurt from the training on Saturday. I can't move them as flexible as I used to. Sounds as if I'm handicapped. Haha. anyway, dear's coming over in a while's time. =) Been an awfully long time since I last saw her. *sigh* Wanted to go out today, but seeing that most shops would be closed early, and that the parade would be on, we decided to come over my place. (I would go over her place, just that her parents don't know about us....yet ^^;;)
Ugh...must...stop...typing...

# Listening to: Chikyuu Shoujou Arjuna - Kuuki to Hoshi-
whoa...been almost a week since I last blogged. Hmm...
went out with the League on Wednesday to celebrate my belated birthday...haha...was supposed to go Cafe Cartel at Suntec, but the Manager didn't want to do our business...^^;; Well, mainly because her attitude wasn't really ideal, and then she didn't have a table for 12...Cherie was a little pissed at the Manager's attitude, cos Cherie has been a waitress before and 'this attitude is undesirable!'
So we headed over to Kenny Rogers...haha it was my first time there (hey, I'm a poor man...can't expect much from me, ain't it? ^^;;) So then ate Kenny's Quarters with Potato salad and Macaroni Cheese...not bad, for my virgin experience at Kenny Rogers...haha...The price was reasonable too...
After dinner, we headed over to The Coffee Corner at Millenia Walk...sat down and chit chatted until Cherie had to leave early for a movie with Justin...so the League gave me my present: a reversible belt from Giordano...and of course, the 'tradition'. XD Denim undies! Cool...haha
went to school to train with Ryan yesterday...man, my stamina has deteriorated tremendously! -_- After one round, I was starting to feel a little drained already...haha...then my second round was quite smooth, until my right foot had a stinging feeling underneath...and I think I'm having sinus, but I refuse to see the doctor...not after what Mic told me about the doctor sticking something up the nostril...*ouch* but consideringmy condition, I just might see a doctor about this...=\ anyway thanks to Ryan for training with me yesterday...^_^
there's a firework display today by the Singapore team...dear's going with her friends...I'm still thinking of whether should I go with the League, or with dear and her friends....hmmm...dilemma...^^;;
was given leftover hotcakes this morning by my mum and sis...how nice...that was so kind of them...oh, along with cold fries as well...while they ate warm, if not hot, breakfast and I'm fed with these...am I a dog? Nah, even Phoebe eats better stuff than me...for your info, Phoebe is my dog...great huh? and guess what is my sister's answer when I said that they feed me with leftovers? "Give me money loh..." power~ don't even think of coming to me if you need help, since you want to be so damn calculative...weeks ago, she can put in her blog "oohh..I've grown up...ohhh blah blah..." and now, wow...fabulous growing up process...*thumbs up* :lol: the contradiction is killing me... XD
Now I feel so mean...*sigh*

# Listening to: Do as Inifinity - Raven-
whoa...back from my NS vocation assignment at Naval Divers Unit...terrible experience and I hereby declare...I DON'T WANNA GO TO NDU!!! Neil went for the second time, though, and it turns out, he didn't need to go actually...:lol:
we had to do this IQ/presonality test in the morning which lasted for about 2.5 hours...it was relatively easy and no, it had nothing to do with my IQ...after that did some physical testing (I did 2 pulls ups! OMG!) before proceeding for lunch at 11.30 am...food was good, I must say...^^ after that went for medical checkup and spent the next 5 hours there! Crap...most of the time we were stoning for some unknown reason and we waited waited till 5 plus and proceeded to the diving chamber, where they stimulate the pressure 10 metres underwater to see our ability to withstand...my eyes were blocked for the entire duration and deemed not suitable for diving...cos I couldn't clear my ears using the method they taught...then came out after 3 metres of pressure...-_-
after that test, went to the swimming pool...for what? to swim 50 metres and then change...-_- freaking waste of time...changed up and went to have dinner...and because of this, I take back my words regarding the food there...for dinner we had: rice, 1 drumstick, 2 fishballs. that's it. worse still, they had one packet short...-_- after dinner, went back to the starting place for interview...once again, stoned for 30 - 45 mins before the interview finally started...very inefficient...-_-
today's the first time that I haven't used my handphone for 13.5 hours! Cos I didn't bring it along with me for the vocational assignment...no camera phones allowed...in the end, they didn't do a bag search at all...damn it...missed dear so much...should have disobeyed and brought my hanphone along...^^
came back and saw my handphone flooded with sms...-_- sorry guys...then msged May, my colleague from IRAS thanking her for helping me relay the message to my supervisor...then she said that Katherine, my other colleague, covered my work for today, so must treat her chocolate...:lol: Must repay gratitude tomorrow...heh
can't wait to start work again...IRAS quite interesting...haha

so then walked around cineleisure, Heerens and then Taka...haven't been shopping with someone for a long time...then got tired out easily...haha...you know girls, they can shop for anything and everything without feeling bored or tired...^^;; so then went to Taka and saw this nice Reebok windbreaker...then dear say wanna buy for me...I looked at the price tag and put it back where it belong...:lol: Then dear insisted cos it's a gift from her and my sister...then I saw Edna working there...haha then she said she can give me 40% staff discount...w00t! from $60 become $36! So bought the jacket...=) thanks dear and thanks sis...heh
then went on to fish and co. glasshouse...heh saw the entire bunch of GLs and several SGLs there...haha I somehow expected to see them there actually, cos got a few people divulged the surprise to me accidentally already...:lol: then mic gave me this fishing game that I haven't played since young! haha...then he said I must fish at least 20 fishes before I can continue...so tried very hard to fish the orthodox way but gave up and cheated my way through...XD basket sia...:lol: did I mention he drew on my arm as well? and then he told me he and emmy are attached already! and that he's been bluffing me for the past one week! OMFG! haha...may and I bashed him up for that...heh then kim tee presented me a jigsaw puzzle of my face made of tiny pictures from FOC! *think Truman Show poster and you'll get the rough idea* It was so darn cool! Thanks a lot guys! ^_^
It's been a wonderful birthday this year and I'm glad I spent it with friends like you people...=) Really touched by the efforts that you guys made for all these to become possible...^^
