yawnz...good morning guys...*sigh* not feeling well but no choice, still gonna have to go to school...I just realised everyone's shout outs are not working, not just mine...*phew*
had a wonderful time with dear yesterday...she came over to my place in the afternoon to bai nian then stayed here for a couple of hours before we left to meet her friends for ktv session...i was having sore throat even before going...so sang a few songs only...couldn't reach certain keys also...-_-; so embarrassing...after that went to eat swenson's and saw my supervisor from fish and co. working there...still as snobbish and arrogant as usual...-_-; best thing was we were collecting the money to pay for the bill then when we gave it to him, he laid it on the table and counted them before our eyes...twice somemore...so damn rude...but who cares, i;m not patronising that branch again...
^_^ i'm so happy now, cos she finally said those 3 words to me...=p she once said she didn't want to say without truly meaning it or understanding the meaning of the words...and she said it, surprising me...haha i was like ,"eh?! wait wait what did you say?" then she said she gtg and hung up...and msged me after that...haha ^^;; love you dear dear...=)

heh yesterday had a wonderful time with dear...went to my uncle's house first then went opposite my uncle's place to meet dear, cos her grandma's place was just opposite...heh what a coincidence eh? ^^ so we took a bus to PS to catch peter pan...but sadly, cos it only had seats in the first 2 rows, so we changed to watching magic kitchen...then dear blur blur ask for 7.30pm show...and it was 4+ at that time...lol i also blur blur...haha
so we walked around for the next 3 hours...most of the shops were not opened so orchard looks a bit deserted in the afternoon...so we walked to heerens and browsed in HMV and we took a picture together there...lol...i think i seriously spoiled the picture...*sigh* anyway we headed over to cineleisure after that and stood there watching finding nemo...lol then took bus back to PS to catch our show and saw my sec sch junior on the bus...he recognised me first then i recognised him too but somehow i forgot his name...-_-; darn
magic kitchen is really damn nice...lol i can't i actually sound like my sister in praising sammi cheng but yah...lol and pointed out several incidences that are kinda similar to the ones dear and i have...heh i enjoyed myself too, dear...=)

haha was supposed to meet dear at 10 am this morning but both of us overslept...=p she's becoming more like me...that's not a good sign...haha so met up at 11 am at jurong east...i think she looks lovely today...^_^ well actually all the time, but just felt today she look really lovely...yesterday she look damn lovely also loh...^^;; anyway...headed over to city hall to meet her classmates for a bowling session...heh
went to have cavana teriyaki chicken hot plate...it's not too bad, but kinda salty...=p yup you heard it from me...it's salty...if Eugene finds it a bit salty, then it'll probably cause kidney failure for ordinary people who taste it...^^;; after that went to bowl 2 games...haha won dear by a small margin...haha so after that went to shop in suntec for my cargo pants...went to giordano where zhen you was working and he gave me a 40% discount...heh thnx, if you ever read this...^^ after that accompanied dear to jurong east and then came back home...

woke up late today so decided to skip the first IS class for today...=X cos even if i reach there, I'll have to suffer 3 hrs of break! *groan* anyway so reached school at 1 today and attended WISP...this module is freaking boring I tell ya...as in the lecturer...*yawn* and worse still, seems like i'm the only one from BIO there...ugh...
ended IS class early today, at 4 pm...decided not to go for NAPFA, since i'll most probably not be able to get silver today...did a trial the day before already...can only do 2 pull ups -_-;; this sux...muz do more push ups from now on...=p so met up with dear and went to marina to watch movie...wanted to watch cheaper by the dozen but their next show was 9 pm...so decided to head over to suntec...ate long john silver today and got cheated...the cashier asked if i want to upsize and I said no...then she askedthe drinks medium or large...then i said medium...and before i knew it, she upsized for me! diaoz...then wad for she ask the first question in the first place? -_-;; anyway so we caught the 715pm show at suntec...and before that, dear got me a matching hp accessory...but refused to let me pay for it...haha...anyway cheaper by the dozen is damn funny...lol must watch! haha...
happy 1st month dear! ^_^ it was a simple day but it's a big milestone for us...let's carry on like this and as you said, blink and 40 yrs later, we'll still be stuck to each other...=)i really wish for that day to come true...next time shall bring you to where we initially planned...^^ hans reserve for 3rd month...heh it really seems like yesterday...and i hope we can still reflect back in the future and still say the same...^_^

went out with dear to make up for what happened on the previous night...so treated her to watch love actually...thank God it's still on, cos she's been wanting to watch that movie for quite some time already...heh...so met her at her place at around 12.20 and then headed over to PS...the show is funny and damn nice...haha...after that we went to Far East and ate ramen, cos her fren is working there...ate tori-karaage ramen...not bad but i still prefer canteen 1's tori-karaage ^_^ glad that she didn't feel angry liao...but still feel uneasy cos she nv reprimand me...=X
sent her home after that and reached home only to have a quarrel with my parents...*sigh* so could only send ryan the script at 5 am in the morning...

LSCT staff and students' day 2004...it finally came...what will happen will eventually happen...there's no escaping it...*groan* being emcee for that day was tough...especially you're up against a bunch of veterans (aka yr 2 and yr 3 students) who just find that this particular day is boring...couldn't get them to participate in the beginning...-_-;;
had a rather heated atmosphere that day, with people feeling a sense of frustration in them etc etc...it happens and i think nobody is at fault for raising their voices that day...but i did too...which i must apologise...=\ then again, i make some mistakes too like playing around with the mike...that was so wrong of me...-_-;;
so the time finally came...cindy was so nervous that day...:lol: think i really screwed up yesterday...with my usual lame self and lame jokes...*cold* haha...anyway thanks to everyone who assured me that it was ok...i know it's just to make me feel better and i appreciate it anyway...^^
the entire programme proceeded well and cindy somehow sabotaged me by hinting about dear during the kokology...diaoz~ haha nothing to say sia...=p but then i'm not afraid to announce about her...but better not to do so lah...she'll get pai seh...heh
well done guys for staff and students' day...feedback from alex and lecturers say it's one of the best for the past few years...it wouldn't have been possible without everyone's help and effort...let's keep up this standard for the following events, alright? *crosses fingers* hope i dun screw mine up =X
sent dear home after that and it was raining...diaoz...so walked her home in the rain...haha dotz dotz dotz...then dear insisted and sent me to the bus stop before she went home...=) i really really like her a lot...and we hope we can stay like this for as long as possible...and from what we see, it's gonna be a long journey together...^_^

yesterday was a hectic day...*yawnz* had staff and students' day rehearsal from the morning till afternoon...did my emcee script with cindy and took quite long to do that, because during the interval had to co ordinate with the other stations and a lot kept calling my name here and there...*blur* had lunch with dear and her fren jess...the tori-karaage in canteen 1 is delicious...you guys should try it! ^^
finally finished up everything at 5 pm...so carried the stuff over to the clubhouse first...then rested for a while before heading over to jasmine's house for pot luck dinner with the league...so bought some fruits to cut there...reached the place at ard 7 pm...
so we started opur dinner and neil got high from drinking punch! :lol: did several silly things as well...lol it's really been a while since we gathered together...^_^ *sigh* then i made dear angry...got a bit upset...then just nice they were playing indian poker with vodka and orange crush...so i thought, what the hell, play...but got a bit carried away and kept pouring vodka...twice ryan got it, then helped him drink...leroy also helped...but i think i drank the most among the rest...after my third mug, felt a bit bloated...downed the stuff too quickly i guess...got a bit high and started raving and ranting...-_-;; guys, i apologise if i said any stupid stuff last night...didn't meant it that way, especially marcus...=p then called dear to apologise...was kinda sober at that time so i knew what i was saying...she didn't sound very glad...it was my fault...*sigh*
went home at 11+...initially wanted to take bus with jenny to ang mo kio then change mrt...but then i got up 854 cos it was going yishun...only to realise it takes 2 hours to reach yishun!! so got off at the next stop and took a cab home...then on the way, dear called me...then talked for a while...she kinda forgiven me already by then...but i know she's still angry...so decided to make it up to her...gonna have to treat her to movie today ^^;;...sorry ryan, i'll send you the script maybe in the evening...

so felt tired during lecture and slept during the lectures...neil fell asleep with me...lol then stressed over what to bring for the pot luck dinner at jasmine's place tml..everyone's cooking something except me...i'm bringing fruits instead...-_- bah...
had main comm meeting just now...then got kinda stressed after being reprimanded by anne about me not being superman and should tell them if i can't finish it on time or something...-_- then got seriously irritated by the progression of the meeting that I banged the table and shouted...*sigh* sorry guys...sudden outburst...shouldn't have done that...

hahaha dear said it's kinda accurate for me...=p *shrugs* ^_^ anyway school started at 2 pm for me today but I reached class late...by 20 mins...cos I had to get the notes for proteomics (it's true! really!) and leroy said it's an improvement from my previous semesters...lol but still not good enough...haha
sat through 2 hours of boring proteomics and when we thought LSS would be interesting, in comes a really boring lecturer who lives in his own world of apoptosis, speaking terms that we would normally not know, even though it's our third year already...-_- so cherie, jenny, neil, ewan and I were talking while I listened to my mp3 player...then i didn't hear something that he said, but he was referring to us, saying something like "if you're not interested, please leave" or something...actually I dun think anyone cared...most were sleeping anyway, including the lecturers =X
so after class went to meet dear in library...haha cherie, jenny they all said wanna see how she looked like but when I came down they were gone...-_- oh well, too bad =p so then met yee wen and jeremy along the way to al ameen for dinner together...then jeremy joined us...had nasi pataya but took damn long to come...dear ordered 2 pratas but couldn't finish the second...lol i couldn't finish my pataya as well...then went to bukit timah plaza for a while and then went home...haha
sent her home first and walked past this really secluded area...the blocks were inhabited and it had the scary feel to it...wanted to scare dear but she seemed really scared and unhappy when i merely touched her from behind...so decided not to...^^;;

heh had a kinda slack day today...initially wanted to do the banner in the morning...but couldn't get the design from peijun...she had no time...so weiliang cancelled the banner...-_- so did my report and stone around...chatted with dear and decided to meet her for dinner, along with peini and her bf...
met dear and peini at 6.20 pm (i was late =p) then I went to cut my hair...crap, I really look like sec 4 now...-_- argH~ so after the hair cut (dear and peini were laughing all the way...haha) peini's bf say can't come so we went to eat...had beek horfun...not bad...and the beef slices were huge...really...so walked around a bit to aid digestion and looked around IMM...ate snow ice for the first time and it's really nice...almost wanted to join the eat snow ice competition...heh

heh today met up with dear to tanglin sec (her sec sch) and visit their open house...she wanted to meet her other frens who were going back as well...went around the school and see see look look...they had air-conditioned classrooms! err well, temporary ones, but yah it's still air-conditioned! haha sorry, i'm just envious of it...haha
went ot sjab's booth to take a look and saw a couple of dear's trophies and awards there...wah....heh outstanding cadet 2000 eh? =p so met 3 of her other frens who were NCOs of sjab along with her during their school days...fun bunch of people...lol
stayed a while to watch the uniformed groups perform...haha laughed at sjab's performance and it's really unique and funny...then watched boys' brigade's performance...oh man...2 words: no comments...=p npcc was up next and it was quite normal...the usual baton drills, couple with 3 cadets holding rifles and their rifle drills...then ncc was next...haha they were imitating the MPs during NDPs...those rifle swirling action...heh one of them dropped his rifle then i laughed but dear covered my mouth quickly...=p haha
so went to ginza plaza with her frens to play pool afterwards...haha diaoz I kept fouling...lost form lost form...-_- then after that went to this cafeteria there to eat...had pineapple rice and it was not bad, really...maybe next time drag the league there to try...haha they confirm say i siao...
it was a well spent day...was supposed to meet peijun to get the banner design for the staff and students' day but then her timing and mine kinda clashed...so gonna have to buy the banner materials tomorrow then...*sigh* gonna have to go back to school tml to paint the banner...any volunteers? =p
went ot sjab's booth to take a look and saw a couple of dear's trophies and awards there...wah....heh outstanding cadet 2000 eh? =p so met 3 of her other frens who were NCOs of sjab along with her during their school days...fun bunch of people...lol
stayed a while to watch the uniformed groups perform...haha laughed at sjab's performance and it's really unique and funny...then watched boys' brigade's performance...oh man...2 words: no comments...=p npcc was up next and it was quite normal...the usual baton drills, couple with 3 cadets holding rifles and their rifle drills...then ncc was next...haha they were imitating the MPs during NDPs...those rifle swirling action...heh one of them dropped his rifle then i laughed but dear covered my mouth quickly...=p haha
so went to ginza plaza with her frens to play pool afterwards...haha diaoz I kept fouling...lost form lost form...-_- then after that went to this cafeteria there to eat...had pineapple rice and it was not bad, really...maybe next time drag the league there to try...haha they confirm say i siao...
it was a well spent day...was supposed to meet peijun to get the banner design for the staff and students' day but then her timing and mine kinda clashed...so gonna have to buy the banner materials tomorrow then...*sigh* gonna have to go back to school tml to paint the banner...any volunteers? =p

First thing(s) I got today were messages that people not coming to the meeting later, and after that, messages that people are quitting. Honestly, I kind of expected this kind of shit from this year's GLs...well some of them at least...perhaps it was a wrong choice to even have this in the first place. Everyone is being so half-hearted these days. Why they wanna quit? I don't know. School? No time? GLs sucks? I sucked? Who cares, anyway. I guess life has to move on.
I'm not disheartened, cos I know with or without anyone, the FOC will still go on. I'll definitely lend a helping hand to Terry and Dennis. The rest, I know, would help as much as possible.
Everyone that's reading this, please pardon my ranting and raving. But, LSCT Society doesn't need half-hearted people in it. Either you're with us, or against us. 'Nuff said. ^_^

Welcome to 2004 everyone! I had a memorable week and a memorable New Year too. ^_^
WARNING: THIS IS A LONG ENTRY. READ IT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Set off on the 27th to KL for a 3D2N free and easy getaway...called dear before I left and msged her as I passed through the Malaysian customs...began to miss her and thank God I could receive her msg before my network was down...cos didn't subscribe to auto-roaming...-_-
so braced our butts for a 6 hours long coach ride to KL...most slept fitfully, tossing and turning in their seats...I sat up and listened to my MP3s and talked cock with Neil every now and then when he stirs in his sleep...heh initially I was taking the window seat and then I saw that the night sky was beautiful with stars...totally cloudless...and Neil chanced places with me to see the stars...:lol: crap and I was stretching my head trying to see the stars...the rest of the League woke up around that time to see the night sky too and then went back to sleep...I couldn't sleep cos maybe too used to sleeping late already...and didn't really felt comfortable sleeping there...neck pain...so stayed awake and finally fell asleep, for a while...woke up about half an hour later and stayed awake through the whole journey to KL...finally reached KL at around 5 am...hurray! my back was almost breaking by then...:lol:
got down the coach at Pudu Raya and make our way through the hoarde of taxi drivers asking if we needed a cab...then we decided to make our way to take a look at Chinatown cos Ryan mentioned a good dim sum place there...so reckee the region first...we walked for about 15 mins or so before we reached the start of Chinatown...then a few of us had to use the toilet...then we travelled all around Chinatown and guess what? No freaking toilets! Oh my freaking goodness! So we decided to try our luck at the hotels...one had no toilets and another opens at 7 am...-_- didn't toilets had opening hours too...then we walked back to Pudu Raya where we dropped and find toilets...finally the toilets there were opened...the girls went first then we went upstairs to the guys' toilet (strange huh? 2 different storeys)...and there was a note that says, "Toilet no water. Free entry." One thing good is that it's free...but erm...no water huh? we'll have to tolerate that...luckily Leroy brought a bottle of water and washed our hands with it...phew thanks Leroy...
so we decided to head to our hotel without locating the dim sum shop...but since it's still early, we walked there...=P as Leroy always said, "it's only a few steps ahead..." ^_^ oh and did I mention it was almost like 10 km away? -_- I think...at least it felt like 10 km to me haha...walked past Times Square and some shops...then I had a blister on my right toes...result of my sweaty palms and feet...-_- finally reached Dorsett Regency Hotel at around 7...then the receptionist said had to wait till about 10 or 11 am before we can check in, cos it's full at the moment...which was kinda expected anyway...so we deposited our bags there first and walked (again ^_^) to the Twin Towers at KLCC around 8 am...Neil become our official Map Boy/Boy Scout (=p) as he directs us around using his map...haha...reached the Twin Towers and wanted to queue for tickets for the tour but it's opened at 8.30 am so we went into the mall and looked around....apparently only Dunkin' Donuts was opened, in the whole freaking mall! -_- and the fast food restaurants here open rather late at around 11 am, compared to Singapore...McDonald's open at 9 there I think. -_- and the donuts sucks...big time...-_- oh and I bought a Reebok waist pouch...RM39.90 only...
after some shopping there, we headed back to Dorsett via a cab and it's only RM2.70! I thought the meter was spoilt for a moment, cos it didn't jump like the cabs in Singapore...=P we checked into the hotel and rested in our rooms for a while...phew relaxation time...went shopping at the Bukit Bintang region in the afternoon, and exposed ourselves to the shopping culture here...shops open pretty damn late and the roads are pretty damn dirty and congested as well...had our lunch at the foodcourt and the food is pretty good, I must say...ate ramen and yum yum...one thing I realised...Malaysians chefs cook great food, but they are horny as well...cos the chef who cooked my ramen was teasing his female assistant and pinched her butt...-_-
then we seperated ourselves and I went to get some animes...it's cheap and good...and English subtitled as well, perfect for my Anime Movie Marathon, if it comes to past...met up with the rest and the girls (Cherie, Hushie and Jenny) were shopping for shoes...waited for them and then they dropped by the next shop...haha...the shopping centres there can match up to Singapore's...really...
dropped by several other shopping centres too...and as usual shopped for animes...^_^ I spent like RM118 on animes alone! -_-;; sorry can't help it...=p they were having a Comic Carnival with cosplay as well! But I missed it...but it seems they were having another the next day...^_^ went to look around for something nice to give her...but nothing caught my eye...=\ nvm there's still time...^_^
shopped till evening then went back to rest in the hotel...after that we went to settle our dinner at the roadside hawkers nearby...the food is damn nice...and damn cheap too...then we ate till around 11 or so...then I went with Cherie to make overseas call...damn pissed with the phones there...they don't refund the money even if you made no calls...argh! then after that finally called home and called her too...^_^ missed her so much...but couldn't talk for long cos running out of coins...grrr...had a stomachache that night...but didn't last long...thank God...
was supposed to meet the rest at around 9 am the next day for breakfast at the hotel's cafe, but Neil and I ended up lazing in bed till 10...haha and we hurriedly went down to eat...not too bad, but I would expect better food from a 4 star hotel...*sigh* but nevetheless it was good...after that we went off to Bukit Bintang again....shopping! :lol: I used to hate shopping so much...then we went over to Times Square and shopped again...it's so freaking damn big! there's like 9 storeys there...so usual plan...guys one group, girls one group...we walked around and i got a silver bracelet for her...^_^ and we went all the way up to the 6th floor and seeing that most are empty shops above, we headed back down...oh there's also an indoor theme park there...Leroy was saying that Malaysia isn't bored with this concept apparently...met the girls and seems that the girls didn't make it pass the 3rd level...phew luckily we seperated or else we'll probably get stuck at level 3 with them shopping and us standing...lol
went back to the hotel and rested...then had a slight headache...perhaps too much walking? *shrugs* headed back to Bukit Bintang (again...-_-) and ate Swenson's there...and it's freaking cheap! The prices are the same as Singapore's only that it's in RM! But the food wasn't as nice as expected...Ewan's spring chicken was a quarter burnt...-_- so I went back to the hotel with Neil later on cos my headache was getting serious...then later on we went to Chinatown to take a look around...it's rather crowded there and we got separated along the way but eventually, we found the rest and met up...most of the stalls sold smiliar items, like watches, shoes, bags, purses, jerseys and stuff like that...gets kinda boring after a while...oh there were some written posters around supporting piracy...i recall seeing one that says: Protect your rights, support piracy, it's everyone's duty. -_-
after that ate our dinner there too...ordered several dishes and ate together...but then I had no appetite suddenly...ended up paying RM9 for a small bowl of fried rice...:lol: and as expected, stomach began growling later in the hotel...headed back to Dorsett and the rest prepared themselves to give Marcus, Neil and Ewan and birthday surprise...but then it seems they somehow expected it...:lol: bought the traditional presents and cut cake...yumyum...
woke up late again next morning and barely made it for breakfast...lol after that we packed our stuff and checked out early at 11 am...so headed back to the place where the comic carnival was and was in time to catch the cosplay competition there! Naruto seems to be a hot favourite, cos a lot of poeple cosplayed as characters there...there's this guy who cosplayed as Kakashi and re-enacted a fight scene from the manga with Zaibuzan...wah amazing I tell ya...^_^ took 2 rolls of films there...=P
headed back to the hotel to get our stuff and was about to go and catch our 3.45pm coach ride when we saw the roads being jammed...-_- started getting a bit panicky about reaching there on time...but thank God we hailed a taxi a few streets down...well not really a taxi...it's a van type of taxi...boarded the coach and Singapore, here we come!
Along the way, we stopped by A'Famosa resort to pick up some passengers there and there were 3 kids, 2 boys 1 girl, seated in front and diagonally beside us...and they were making a lot of irritating noise and such...Neil was so irritated he nearly took out his Swiss Army knife...lol then Leroy came to sit beside us, with a kid in front of him...even Leroy also can't stand it...so we were talking and the girl said, "please keep quiet..." Leroy and I stared at her, with the 'wtf?!" look on our faces...she should be keeping quiet, not us...haha then Leroy was eating keropok and cleaned his hands over the kids' heads...lol can't stand those kids...snobbish...
it was an eventful and memorable trip to KL...and it's damn fun...muz go again before going army...^_^
supposed to have gone to chalet yesterday and stayed over...but my dad said he's preparing steamboat and I have to go home and eat...argued a little with him, but my mother kept persuading me to give in to my dad...saying he made effort in preparing it...*sigh* no choice...sorry alan, couldn't stay over...and to michael also...and gary...and qiu rong...and so many people...-_- started the day going to her place to fetch her...^_^ missed her so so so much...even though I was gone for a few days only...lol then reach his chalet kana suan like nobody's business...-_- buay tahan...but no choice...Dad's order...anyway left ard 7.30 pm for steamboat at home...heh...then watched movies on SCV on the sofa...my sis keep suaning us and stuff like that, say must use protection and things like that...lol then went to my room and we chatted till late at night...cos both of us can't slp...initially woke up at 10 am but haha lazed in bed and woke up at 4+ pm...O.o haha escorted her to causeway point to get her lip balm...and she bought me curry puff cos she wans me to eat more...=) thanks dear...heh can't win her at times...
